This particular table is constructed by welding scrap steel pieces together which were deconstructed from an old work table found behind the artist's former studio. A wax finish is applied to the surface of this table of recycled steel. The concept the artist embodies is a minimal approach to create highly functional, easily assembled heavy objects that appear light, which he refers to as, "fluffy steel."
